IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Incomplete application packets (initial or renewal) will no longer be accepted as of February 1st. All incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant with an explanation of deficiencies. Late fees will apply if a completed packet is not received by the applicant's expiration date.
